Fair in Steckenborn July 5 to 7

The festival begins with an absolute highlight after the reigning King of the Cocks and the digging of the fair. After a short warm-up by the well-known DJ
Alex Ritter, it's "Breathless through the night" from around 10 pm on the village square.

Now the Caro Helene Fischer Double Show begins

Caro is currently the hottest Helene Fischer double in Germany and an absolute
highlight for young and old. From "Herzbeben" and "Achterbahn" to the hits from the current album "Rausch", you can look forward to Helene Fischer's greatest hits with this artist!
Like Helene herself, the Düsseldorf native is also a trained singer, has successfully completed a
music degree and has years of professional stage experience.
Caro therefore stands for the highest live quality of all Helene Fischer doubles.
As the only Helene Fischer double, she has been performing in the party strongholds of Mallorca since 2014 and
has also appeared on stage in Germany with established pop stars such as Anna Maria Zimmermann, Jürgen Drews, Thomas Anders, Michelle and Vanessa Mai.
Despite all the doubles' scepticism, word of Caro's fantastic live show has quickly spread beyond the
German borders. With well over 1000 performances, she has been booked not
only in Germany, but also in Austria and Switzerland, as well as in the Netherlands,
Belgium and Luxembourg and even in Spain, Italy and Sweden.
Caro can therefore rightly call herself the most successful Helene Fischer tribute show in Europe
!

In a second part, the versatile singer from the state capital will perform a
hit mix. You can look forward to the biggest German Schlager hits to sing and dance along to, including those by Andrea Berg and Marianne Rosenberg - and of course with a very special twist: Caro has created her own party remixes of the biggest Schlager hits and will interpret the well-known songs in a completely new and unique way. The show thus offers a perfect blend of nostalgia and ultra-modern club sounds.

The after-show party with DJ@Knight Alex Ritter, who is known to many
from the 80s party in Roetgen, among others, will start directly afterwards.

To ensure that the physical well-being is not neglected, a whole range of wines and expert advice from Weinhaus Fasen from Nideggen will be on offer in addition to the usual drinks.

Theme fairand seniors' morning

To cater for all age groups, an event
has been created especially for all seniors and those who would like to become seniors on Sunday morning.
Sunday begins at 10.00 a.m. with a field mass on the upper part of the village square. This is accompanied by music from the Heimat-Echo Steckenborn brass band
and representatives of the fire department.
The next highlight of the fair follows the mass. The organizers have come up with something very special for this. The Udo Jürgens live show starts at 11.00 am.
The performer, who performs throughout Germany, comes from near Frankfurt and was voted the best Udo Jürgens double in Germany on the
ARD show "Krone der Volksmusik".
During the original's last tour, he performed the sound check for Udo Jürgens with the well-known Pepe Lienhard band and was rewarded with a red handkerchief and the famous bathrobe, among other things. He regularly wears both at his performances. The clear baritone comes amazingly close to Jürgens' real voice in terms of dynamics, coloration and singing rhythm.
On the occasion of Udo Jürgens' 75th birthday, he sang duets with Casandra Steen, Roger Cicero and Sportfreunde Stiller on the eve of the gala and made a lasting impression on the professionals.
Apart from that, he also tries to do justice to the typical attributes of the great star. Pure atmosphere with the best songs and catchy tunes of the great entertainer,
who still inspires his audience today. An illusion lives and admission is free!

Bouncy castle park and vintage car exhibition

On Sunday morning, there is of course not only something for the "big ones" and the "older ones".
A bouncy castle park will be opened on the lower village square from 11.00 am. Several large bouncy castles and a ball pit will be available for children to use free of charge.
At the same time, an exhibition of American classic cars will be opened in keeping with the funfair theme, which will not only make the hearts of die-hard enthusiasts beat faster. Lots of chrome and the famous tail fins are sure to inspire even those who don't know much about cars in general, let alone the standard cars of today.
Also in keeping with the motto, an American food truck has been hired to offer its fine
food on all three days.
Just like on Saturday, a whole range of high-quality wines will be on offer on Sunday.
A raffle with lots of interesting prizes will take place at 1.00 pm.


Funfair paradeunder the motto: Funfair like in Las Vegas - fun for everyone in Steckenborn!

What makes the funfair in Steckenborn unique is that it takes place under a specific motto every year. The entire fairground is decorated according to the motto to create the right feeling. The parade starts at around 1.30 p.m. from the village square through the town under the aforementioned motto. In keeping with the motto, floats will be built and foot groups will dress up in costume. In addition, the American vintage cars also take part in the procession through the village and thus also enrich the overall picture of the parade.
After returning to the village square, the show and swing band
Melano performs from around 2.45 pm. With a rousing mixture of big band sound, swing, rock, pop and carnival music, the band has a broad repertoire that combines classic hits with modern classics
to appeal to all musical tastes.
After the performance, the new King of the Cocks will be crowned from around 4.00 pm. Following the enthronement of the majesty, the hangover party with Alex Ritter, the DJ@Knight, will start.

Children's fair and Rooster King's Ball with Roxy

On Monday afternoon, the village square will be transformed into a play paradise from 2.00 pm to 5.00 pm. Once again, several bouncy castles and a ball bagger will be available free of charge. The kindergarten from Steckenborn will have its big performance on the main stage and all other children are invited to dance and sing along afterwards. Of course, the adjacent playground can also be used. On Monday, the children will have three levels at their disposal, where they can laugh, romp and play to their heart's content.
There will be both familiar and new games on offer, children can have their faces painted or try their luck at the filing booth and duck fishing. In any case, there will be no time for boredom!
Coffee and cake (for parents and grandparents) as well as waffles, ice cream
and child-friendly drinks will be available.

At 6.30 p.m., the procession starts to the new Hahnenkönig. After a small drink with the new dignitary, the procession will return to the village square at around 9.00 pm.
The Rooster King's Ball with Alex Ritter will then start, before Roxy performs at 10.00 pm. The well-known singer from Kreuzau is really taking off at the moment. In
this year, for example, he performed for the first time at the season opening in the Bierkönig at the Ballermann in front of 3500 visitors. The fans of Alemannia Aachen have chosen his new song "Und ab dafür" as their new anthem and the team has even made the song its motivational song. Roxy can also imagine working with the soccer club
on a long-term and official basis.
Following this performance, DJ@Knight will heat up the party crowd once again until the fair is buried early on Tuesday morning.
