Sharpen your senses, hunt like a bat or defeat the swamp monster... These are just some of the games with which children and adults can expand their knowledge of the forest or simply let their imagination run wild.

During the summer vacations, the municipality of Simmerath once again organizes the popular forest adventure days for children and young people. Whether it's the forest at night, the animals of the forest or edible plants, there are lots of exciting things for young and young-at-heart explorers to discover.

Forester Jörg Melchior from the Rureifel-Jülicher Börde Regional Forestry Office leads young and old through the forest on three-hour themed walks during the forest adventure days.

Please also cancel your registration if you are unable to attend at short notice.
